Synopsis:

Requiring a landlord of a property subject to a 99-year ground lease renewable forever to post a notice on the property prior to bringing an ejectment action; limiting the reimbursement that a ground rent holder is entitled to collect for specified expenses incurred in collecting a past due ground rent and complying with notice requirements; requiring a ground rent holder to post a copy of a notice of the intention to bring an ejectment action on the subject property; etc.
