State Personnel - Contractual Employees of Department of Juvenile Services Facilities - Health Insurance Benefits

Synopsis:

Requiring specified regulations adopted by the Secretary of Budget and Management to allow contractual employees of specified facilities established and operated by the Department of Juvenile Services to enroll and participate in the health insurance benefit options established under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program to the same extent and on the same terms and conditions as budgeted State employees of the facilities.
