Energy Assistance Program Act

Synopsis:

Renaming the State Energy Assistance and Information Program Act; establishing the Office of Home Energy Programs; repealing specified provisions relating to the Energy Assistance and Information Program and the Maryland Office of Economic Opportunity; requiring the Office of Home Energy Programs to maintain liaison with specified agencies and groups and to develop specified programs; repealing a limitation on the amount of specified assistance; etc.
