Maryland Transit Administration - Limits of Liability - Transactional Agreements

Synopsis:

Limiting the liability of the Maryland Transit Administration in tort actions based on the acts of an entity that has entered into an agreement with the Administration to the lesser of the liability of the entity, if the entity's liability is limited by State law, or a specified statutory liability limit if the conduct giving rise to the claim occurred on Administration property and arose from an agreement to conduct commercial activity on Administration property; etc.
