State Highway Administration - Unauthorized Signs on Rights-of-Way

Synopsis:

Granting original jurisdiction to the District Court for actions concerning unauthorized signs within the right-of-way of a State highway; prohibiting unauthorized signs within the right-of-way of a State highway; authorizing the State Highway Administration and other agencies to remove the signs; and establishing civil penalties for placing unauthorized signs within the right-of-way of a State highway.
