Synopsis:

Altering criteria for suspending or revoking a police officer's certification; requiring that revocation hearings consist of at least five Police Training Commission members; authorizing the Executive Director of the Commission to temporarily suspend a police officer's certification under specified conditions; providing for a revocation hearing within 30 days of a temporary certification suspension; authorizing the Commission to recertify a police officer under specified conditions; etc.
