Family Law - Interception of State Payments for Child Support Arrears

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to send certification to the State Comptroller concerning specified child support obligors; requiring the Administration to send a specified notice to specified obligors; authorizing the collection of specified arrearages by intercepting payments issued by the State Comptroller; requiring the State Comptroller to transfer to the Administration specified payments; providing for the right of the obligor to appeal an interception; etc.
