Synopsis:

Repealing a partial exemption under the property tax for machinery and equipment used to generate electricity or steam for sale or hot or chilled water for sale that is used for specified purposes; providing for the application of the Act; and generally relating to the property taxation of specified property used to generate electricity, steam, or hot or chilled water.
