Municipal Corporations - Regulation of Nudity and Sexual Displays

Synopsis:

Authorizing the legislative body of each municipal corporation to adopt an ordinance for the licensing, control, location, or maintenance within its jurisdiction of a business establishment that allows on its premises specified activities involving nudity and sexual displays; and providing a specified penalty.
