Election Law - Advisory Questions

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House each to submit an advisory question to the voters at a general election; requiring the officers to submit proposed questions to the State Board of Elections by a specified date; authorizing the officers to confer about proposed questions; directing the President and the Speaker to solicit recommendations for advisory questions from the members of the Senate and House; requiring the State Board to review and certify proposed advisory questions; etc.
