Higher Education - Private Donation Incentive Program - Extension of Deadline

Synopsis:

Altering the date before which pledged amounts must be paid by eligible private donors to Bowie State University, Coppin State University, Morgan State University, and University of Maryland Eastern Shore from January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2010 in order to effectuate matching payments by the State as part of the Private Donation Incentive Program; etc.
