Education - Mathematics Graduation Requirements - Special Education Students

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to adopt regulations that allow special education students in high school to substitute other mathematics instruction for mathematics credits required in algebra and geometry; and requiring the regulations to allow an admission, review, and dismissal committee to determine a special education student's substitute mathematics instruction as part of the development of a special education student's individualized education plan.
