State Board of Dental Examiners - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Dental Examiners in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board until July 1, 2011; removing a dentist member of the Board and adding a dental hygienist member to the Board; etc.
