Baltimore City - Property Tax Credit for Newly Constructed Dwellings

Synopsis:

Extending the termination date from June 30, 2005, to June 30, 2007, applicable to provisions authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the local property tax on specified newly constructed dwellings under specified circumstances.
