Synopsis:

Requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to reimburse a pharmacy electronically and provide appropriate payment data electronically under specified circumstances; prohibiting the imposition of a specified processing fee; and providing for a delayed effective date.
