Procurement - Payment Security and Performance Security

Synopsis:

Raising to $200,000 the price threshold at which a procurement officer may require specified contractors to provide payment security and performance security on specified procurement contracts; and requiring the Department of General Services to report to specified committees of the General Assembly by November 1, 2007, regarding implementation of the Act.
