State Police Retirement System - Retirees - Additional Retirement
Allowance
Exempting members of the State Police Retirement System from a
prohibition that members of the State Police Retirement System cannot
accept a retirement or pension allowance from another pension or
retirement system supported wholly or in part by the State; providing
that retirees of the State Police Retirement System may only receive
an additional retirement allowance from the Legislative Pension Plan;
and providing for the application of the Act.
