Maryland Energy Administration - Geothermal Heat Pump Grant Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Geothermal Heat Pump Grant Program in the Maryland Energy Administration to provide grants to individuals for a portion of the cost of installing a geothermal heat pump; and requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to administer the Program, establish procedures relating to the Program, and award grants, not to exceed $1,000, under the Program.
