Crimes - Pseudoephedrine - Prohibitions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting with specified exceptions the sale, distribution, or dispensing of specified drugs containing pseudoephedrine; requiring specified information from the authorized provider and the person acquiring pseudoephedrine in specified transactions; establishing penalties; and limiting the amount of pseudoephedrine that may be acquired to 9 grams within a 30-day period.
