Public Safety - Department of State Police - Investigations of Deaths in or Outside Correctional Facilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of State Police to investigate any death of an inmate suspected to be a homicide that occurs within or outside a correctional facility under specified circumstances; and authorizing police employees to act within the limits of specified municipal corporations when conducting specified investigations.
