Recycling - Apartment Buildings and Complexes

Synopsis:

Requiring the owners of certain apartment buildings and complexes to provide for recycling at the building or complex; requiring that the recycling under the Act be done in accordance with specified recycling plans; providing for a civil penalty for a violation of the Act; etc.
