Synopsis:

Requiring an insurer to provide a policyholder with a written annual statement that summarizes the coverages and exclusions under the policy; requiring specified insurers or insurance producers to provide applicants with specified statements regarding flood insurance and additional optional coverages at the time of initial application for specified insurance or at the time a specified policy is issued; etc.
