Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on the Establishment of a Prescription Drug Repository Program; providing for the composition, chair, staffing, and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 1, 2006; and providing for the termination of the Act.
