Entitled:
Elections - State Board of Elections - Membership Appointment Process and Authority over the State Administrator

Synopsis:

Altering the appointment process for the members of the State Board of Elections; requiring the Governor to appoint to the State Board an individual whose name is submitted by the State Central Committee of the principal political party entitled to the appointment; providing that the appointment of the State Administrator of Elections by the State Board is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate of Maryland; etc.
