Horse Industry Board - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Altering fees paid to the Maryland Horse Industry Board; altering the inspection schedule for licensed stables establishing a fee to be paid to the Board; requiring a licensee to display the license number in a specified manner; repealing the abrogation of specified statutes relating to the Board; requiring the Board to make specified reports to specified committees of the General Assembly by December 31, 2005, and October 1, 2006; etc.
