Synopsis:

Altering specified qualifications for voter registration; providing that an individual is not qualified to register to vote if the individual has been convicted of a crime and is awaiting or actually serving a sentence of imprisonment for the conviction; repealing specified conditions relating to the eligibility of felons convicted of specified crimes of violence to register to vote; etc.
