Requiring that a question be placed on the ballot in Dorchester County at the November general election of 2006 to determine the sense of the voters of the county on the issue of locating video lottery terminals licensed by the State for commercial gaming purposes in Dorchester County; and providing for the carrying out of the straw ballot.
