Tobacco Products - Prohibitions on Delivery

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person in the business of manufacturing, distributing, or selling tobacco products from delivering or causing to be delivered any tobacco products except in a specified manner; authorizing a person in the business of manufacturing, distributing, or selling tobacco products to deliver tobacco products to specified recipients in a specified manner; prohibiting delivery of tobacco products to individuals under a specified age or to residences; etc.
