Establishing the Governor's Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape Growing; establishing the membership of the Commission; establishing the terms of the membership of the Commission; establishing specified procedures of the Commission; providing for the Governor to appoint the members; providing for the Governor to designate a member as Chairman; establishing specified duties and powers of the Commission; requiring the Department of Agriculture to provide staff to the Commission; repealing specified definitions; etc.
