Synopsis:

Providing that members of the Talbot County Board of Education shall be elected; establishing a procedure for the election of members to the Talbot County Board of Education; establishing a specified term of office for elected members; providing for the removal of members under specified circumstances; providing for the appointment of a student nonvoting member; repealing an obsolete language provision; making conforming changes; providing a procedure for filling a vacancy on the County Board; etc.
