State Retirement and Pension System - Administration - Simplification

Synopsis:

Providing that members of the several systems included in the State Retirement and Pension System who retire within 30 days after separating from employment with specified employers may receive creditable service for their unused sick leave; requiring that specified trustees on the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System meet specified criteria; etc.
