Act of 2005
Requiring a county to pay local education costs for a child receiving
education services in a facility of the Department of Juvenile
Services if the parent or legal guardian of the child resides in the
county; requiring that specified costs be paid to the State Department
of Education or Department of Juvenile Services; requiring the
Department of Juvenile Services to provide specified notice to the
State Superintendent of Schools and financially responsible counties;
etc.
