Income Tax - Credit for Surviving Spouse of Fallen Armed Forces Member
 
Providing a credit against the State income tax for the surviving
spouse of a member of the armed forces who died as a result of or
while serving in Afghanistan or Iraq under specified circumstances;
limiting the credit to the lesser of the State income tax liability or
$1,000; prohibiting the unused amount of the credit from being carried
over to any other taxable year; and applying the Act to tax years
beginning after December 31, 2004.
