Crimes - Controlled Dangerous Substances - 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)

Synopsis:

Making specified criminal penalties relating to controlled dangerous substances apply to any amount of 3, 4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA); and providing that 750 grams or more of 3, 4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) subjects the violator to a maximum $100,000 fine and a 5-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment with, except under a specified circumstance, no opportunity for parole.
