Retirement and Pensions - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System who meet specified criteria; providing that specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System may only be reemployed for a period of 4 years; etc.
