Employees' Pension System - Transfer of Service Credit
Providing that specified members of the Employees' Pension System may
transfer service credit from the Correctional Officers' Retirement
System in accordance with Title 37 of the State Personnel and Pensions
Article; requiring that specified members of the Employees' Pension
System who transfer service credit from the Correctional Officers'
Retirement System complete and file forms on or before December 31,
2005; and providing for the termination of the Act.
