Bank of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services specified
information regarding a specified clinical trial before the sponsor
may permit any person to enroll participants in the clinical trial;
providing for an exception; prohibiting a person from conducting a
clinical trial in violation of the Act; authorizing the Office of the
Attorney General to seek relief to prevent the conduct of a clinical
trial in violation of the Act; etc.
