Cooperative Housing Corporations and Homeowners Associations - Dispute Settlement Procedures

Synopsis:

Authorizing the board of directors of a cooperative housing corporation or a homeowners association to levy fines for violations of specified governing documents; requiring specified dispute settlement procedures to be followed before the board of directors may impose a fine, suspend voting, or infringe on any other right of a member or lot owner; imposing specified demand requirements, hearing notice requirements, and hearing procedures for a dispute settlement procedure; etc.
