Synopsis:

Requiring that notice of a nonemergency meeting and the agenda of a meeting of a governing body of a condominium or homeowners association be given at least 6 days before the meeting; providing for the manner of giving notice; requiring that specified documents be made available before and during a meeting; requiring the minutes of a meeting to be posted at a designated central location; requiring unit owners and lot owners to be given the opportunity to comment on each agenda item at a meeting; etc.
