Synopsis:

Requiring the Developmental Disabilities Administration, in conjunction with the Office of Health Care Quality, to adopt regulations establishing a prioritization system for responding to and investigating specified incidents; and requiring the Administration to seek input from specified individuals in developing the regulations.
