Consumer Protection - Telephone Directories - Inclusion of Cellular Subscribers

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a cellular mobile telephone service provider from including the cellular number of a cellular subscriber in a telephone directory without consent of the cellular subscriber; providing for revocation of consent; making a violation of the Act an unfair or deceptive trade practice under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act; etc.
