Synopsis:

Requiring specified individuals in a hospital to order tests on a blood sample already obtained from a patient for the presence of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) under specified circumstances; requiring specified individuals in a hospital to order tests to be conducted on blood samples of specified public safety workers for the presence of antibodies to HIV under specified circumstances; etc.
