Unemployment Insurance - Exemption from Covered Employment - Owner Operators of Class F (Tractor) and Class E (Truck) Vehicles

Synopsis:

Clarifying that work performed by specified owner operators of Class F (tractor) and Class E (truck) vehicles is not covered employment for the purposes of unemployment insurance; requiring that specified contributions and benefit charges collected are not subject to refund; and providing for the application of the Act.
