Consumer Protection - Return of Consumer Goods - Notice Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a merchant that imposes a limit on the number or frequency of refunds, exchanges, or credits that the merchant will make or issue for the return of consumer goods purchased from the merchant to disclose the limitations imposed to consumers in a specified manner; and requiring a merchant to provide a written statement of the merchant's return policy to a consumer on request.
