Task Force to Study Visual Smoke and Evacuation Alarms for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Visual Smoke and Evacuation Alarms for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; providing for the membership, designation of a chair, and staffing of the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation but authorizing reimbursement for specified expenses; requiring the Task Force to conduct a specified study and report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by September 30, 2006; etc.
