Synopsis:

Altering the purposes for which the proceeds shall be applied of specified bonds issued by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City under specified provisions of law authorizing specified special tax districts for the improvement of specified areas in Baltimore City, to include buildings that are abandoned property or distressed property, or that will provide units of affordable housing.
