Baltimore City - Class B-D-7 Alcoholic Beverages Licenses - Hours of Sale

Synopsis:

Extending to 2:30 a.m. the hours of sale of a Class B-D-7 licensed premises in Baltimore City; allowing alcoholic beverages to be consumed at a specified licensed premises until 3 a.m.; and authorizing the Board of Liquor License Commissioners to grant a specified exemption to a holder of Class B-D-7 license under specified circumstances for a specified purpose.
