Vehicle Laws - Driver Examination - Practice Driving Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring an individual who holds a learner's instructional driving permit to complete at least 60 hours of driving practice with a driver's license holder who is at least 21 years of age and has been licensed for at least 3 years; requiring at least 10 of the hours of practice driving required by the Act to occur during nighttime; and requiring a practice driving skills log to be signed by an individual certifying that the practice driving requirements of the Act have been fulfilled.
