Synopsis:

Establishing the civil offense of a minor obtaining a tobacco product; changing specified dispositions available to a court on finding a minor has committed a violation regarding a tobacco product; requiring a court to order a minor to participate in a smoking cessation clinic or other presentation about the hazards of tobacco use within 120 days; requiring a court to impose a fine under specified circumstances; requiring a minor to present the court with documentation of participating in a smoking cessation clinic; etc.
