Exempting on-farm food establishments from Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and local government regulations relating to commercial grade kitchen equipment; requiring on-farm food establishments that intend to offer hot food to customers to be licensed as food establishments; providing that on-farm food establishments that intend to offer hot food to customers are subject to specified food and safety contamination regulations; etc.
